RADIO.BLOG.CLUB
All I did was put 'music blog' into Google and the first link was RADIO.BLOG.CLUB. I'm writing this post about 2 minutes after finding the site so I'm not much less clueless than you but equally excited. It seems to be a kind of contender to Last.fm and I reckons it's also French or at least un petit peu. We'll have to have a look round but the tracks ready to spin on the homepage are decent enough, especially 'Aloha Tango' by Kaapad.
